Ash built Smart Water one customer at a time. Tom brought Eden Window Cleaning and his team into the partnership. Now we’re building on those two established rounds and making room for more people to grow with us.
This is practical, outdoor work: getting out on the round, looking after people’s homes and leaving things cleaner than you found them. Ash and Tom are on the tools with the team, so you’ll be learning from people who know the job.

We’re looking at full-time and part-time work, with flexible days and hours. Tell us what you can do and we’ll talk through the options.
Start with a paid trial
Paid trial days give you a proper feel for the work and the team. Spend some time on the round and see whether it suits you.
Room to move forward
Pay depends on experience, with progression over time. There are bonus and incentive opportunities to discuss as you develop.

We’re looking at contractor arrangements as well as different working patterns. Van provision is planned, but isn’t guaranteed. We’ll discuss the arrangement, pay, hours and equipment with you before you agree to anything.
